DPScan · What the DPO Sees

One dashboard, the whole fleet

Each laptop sends its findings to one server inside your own network: counts, kinds and locations, never a personal data value.

DPScan DPO dashboard showing endpoints, files scanned, files by risk band (Critical, High, Medium, Low), a per-endpoint table, high-risk files by type, identifiers found and a weekly high-risk trend

The DPO dashboard: personal data exposure across all endpoints, worst first. Click to view full size.

How the DPO Uses It

From exposure to action, in three steps

1

See where the risk is

How many machines are reporting, how many files sit in each risk band, and which machines have gone quiet.

2

Open the ones that matter

Click a machine carrying Critical or High risk to see the files driving it, by type and by identifier found.

3

Instruct, then verify

Tell the team what to clear. The next scan's trend shows whether the exposure actually fell.

Never a personal data value

The server holds counts, kinds and locations. It never holds a personal data value.

Per machine, not per person

Risk is reported per machine. The agent records the laptop, not who uses it.
